Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Madison

Didn't stay here but we met with a lady to do our training for omnipod and it was excellent. Very clean and quiet while we did our stuff in the lobby. The staff was very kind to let us do our training here. Made us feel welcome and like it was no problem. Very greatful and appreciate them letting us use their space!

I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott. From the moment I checked in, everything went smoothly and the service was exceptional. Bridget was especially amazing, she went above and beyond to help me and was kind enough to accommodate a later stay in my room, which truly meant a lot and made my day so much easier. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the overall experience felt seamless and welcoming. Outstanding customer service and hospitality all around. I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this location!

I only stayed here for one night but it was a very quiet and decently clean stay. I don't trip out over small things I see other reviews complain about. A hair in the shower isn't a deal breaker. The room has to "feel" clean. Meaning, the overall smell and appearance. My room was all those things. Fresh towels neatly stacked, beds made up and smelled fresh. I had forgotten how hard and unforgiving the beds are at M/B hotels. I'm glad it was for just one night. Anymore and I'd need a chiro visit. While there's no microwave in the rooms, there is a small micro fridge to keep things cool for you. The ice machine on my floor was out of service, so it was a P.I.T.A to go down one floor to get ice but not a huge deal. What I forgot about this chain from a few years ago staying at a Marriott Bonvoy in a different place is; they don't offer complimentary breakfast. They have a bistro downstairs you can pay to eat at but nothing offered as part of your stay. That's something I don't like about this brand. Even janky hotels give you free breakfast. At least this one was located close enough to cheaper, better places to eat. There is coffee in the room but it's not good and not nearly enough. Thankfully there's a Starbucks next door. The staff was very friendly both checking in and checking out. Everything was quick and easy. The location is nice here in Madison but in the future I'll be researching some better brand options.

This was quite a splurge for me. I drove from Dallas to the hotel, which took about seven hours of non-stop driving. It turned out to be the best bed I've had in a long time. Check-out was very easy, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and pleasant to deal with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The parking lot was well-lit, had plenty of spaces, and was located in a great area. There was even a Starbucks right next door that I could walk to. The hotel room was impeccably clean with no dirty sheets. It was absolutely awesome.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks. We had a group of 18 staying and most of the staff made us feel at home. The bistro staff was great and the food was great. A lot of us spent most of our time in the lobby and never once felt unwelcome. During my stay my fridge in my room didn’t work unless I kept the light switch on. They did offer to put me in another room but made it work once the maintenance guy came and figured it out. The only disappointment we had was the pool was not very clean and the fireplace on the patio was broken.

The area was clean and staff were kind. The simple things in life were appreciated with my stay.

Nice place. Comfy courtyard. Nice staff. Efficient housekeeping. Overall a great weeks stay Observations for improvment : Multiple exterior doors not functioning with keycard Stone walkway outside pool area needs power washed, has a layer of algae and was very slick in rain Wifi network needs improvment overall Shower setup in room needs a redesign. Either a curtain or an additional sliding glass. I was splashing water in the floor all week. The modular desk setup is great. However, I wanted to throw the piece with a sloped end out the window. I know it's for aesthetics but functionally it's awful.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean, in a really nice area, great location. Would definitely stay here again.
